You need to renew your CBAP certification every three years to maintain active status. This renewal requires earning 60 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) within the three-year cycle and paying a recertification fee, which is $85 for IIBA members and $120 for non-members. The three-year validity period begins from the date the certification is awarded.
